Jeremie Moore

President & Founder

Jeremie, President, the owner and chief visionary of Serenity, Inc. established in 2005, has an extensive background in all types of construction from the development phase, permits, design, estimation, hands on experience, project management, to general contracting. Through his dedication to his clients, Jeremie is often asked to take on other management roles. Bringing his knowledge and experience to every project Serenity, Inc. completes. He will do whatever it takes to ensure trust in his company and protect its integrity. Great examples of diversity within the work Serenity, Inc. has completed is a hotel remodel, commercial buildings, and residential homes from the ground up. Jeremie draws on his vast business knowledge and understanding of project management to see a project through the entire process.

Jeremie grew up in Utah and was brought to Jackson, WY in the early 2000s. He had worked for large construction corporations in the past, but realized his passion and vision for construction management needed to be his own, which is when Serenity, Inc. was established. When Jeremie is not hard at work you will find him enjoying life with his family, traveling, golfing, skiing, and CrossFit.

Tatiana Robinson

Office Manager
Jackson Hole

Tatiana, Office Manager at Serenity-Jackson, is from Kirovograd, Ukraine holding an MBA from Kirovograd National Technical University (2004-2010), and speaks three languages including English, Russian, and Ukrainian. She migrated to Jackson in 2010 shortly after the completion of her degree. Tatiana has been in the finance and administrative profession for over 5 years, and has been with Serenity, Inc. since 2015. She is a great addition to the Serenity team by keeping the projects organized and accessible. Her skills focus on accounts payable and receivable, project management, and accounts billable.

Tatiana has a daily habit of evening yoga in addition to the gym. When she is not managing the office, or getting fit, you will find her spending time with her husband and two pitbull dogs.

Steve Stuchal

Project Manager
Jackson Hole

Steve, Project Manager at Serenity-Jackson, moved to Jackson, WY in 2002 from Ohio and started working for Serenity, Inc. since the summer of 2014. Steve has been Project Manager and Superintendent on several of Serenity, Inc. projects including the Riddell residence, Gayle building, Moes BBQ, Big Mountain and 160 East Broadway. Steve worked in the excavation profession for almost 18 years which started in Ohio and continued to Wyoming. Steve worked his way thru laborer, operator, supervisor, and finally estimator before deciding to pursue a career in General Contracting.

When Steve is not working he is enjoying the Jackson lifestyle with his wife Lara. Steve’s hobbies include backpacking over 300 miles in Yellowstone back country, summiting at least 1 new peak every summer, snowboarding the Teton side country, fly fishing the Snake River and mountain biking where ever and whenever he can.

Carlos Vulcano

Foreman
Jackson Hole

Carlos, Foreman at Serenity-Jackson, has been with Serenity, Inc. since 2007 and has been working in the construction industry for 18 years wearing many hats. His skills range in crane and forklift operations, excavation, carpentry, painting, and project supervision. He has been a huge contribution to Serenity, Inc. and has assisted in numerous projects such as the Hampton Inn remodel, Armstrong Residence, Big Mountain, and 160 East Broadway.

Carlos grew up in Argentina and migrated to WY in 2006 where he likes to enjoy his Wyoming lifestyle. He likes to spend his free time with his wife and kids hiking, swimming, skiing, and camping.

Tami Romanick

Operations Manager
Park City

Tamitha, Operations Manager at Serenity-Park City, sought out Park City in 2014 for the world-class skiing after obtaining her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from the University of Nevada, Reno, where she was born and raised. She has over 5 years of experience in office management, and has been with Serenity since 2016. Tamitha has recently graduated from Weber State University with her Master’s degree in Professional Communication with an emphasis in leadership. Her skills include accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, project management, and accounts billable.

In her free time Tamitha has a huge passion for the outdoors, and mountains. She considers herself a mountain enthusiast with hobbies in skiing, back packing, mountain biking, climbing, mountaineering, camping, and traveling.

Zach Moore

Superintendent
Park City

Zach, Superintendents and Project Manager at Serenity-Park City, has been with Serenity since 2015, but has always assisted his brother, Jeremie, with numerous projects in Utah and Wyoming. In the past, Zach worked with a company building jet bridges internationally. He now has a family in Utah that he loves to spend time with. Zach has over 10 years of experience in construction management, and building development. Zach brings positive energy and commitment to building anyone’s dream home. With his experience, knowledge, and imagination he can build anything from the ground up. Zach is very organized, and committed to giving the best quality service for any home, commercial building, or business space.

Born and raised as a Utah native you can imagine his love for family, cattle, horses, and the outdoors. In his spare time Zach likes to be with his family riding horses, hiking, or being out in the mountains.

Rich Dow

Park City

Rich, Foreman at Serenity-Park City, hails from Laconia NH. Rich has over 26 years in the building development and construction management industry. He started working at Serenity in 2016 shortly after he moved to Park City in 2016. Rich has extensive knowledge in all aspects of the building trade from commercial and residential, new construction to very intricate remodel work. As a Foreman, Rich brings experience, insight, and imagination to every project. He can tackle any challenging endeavor with a calm demeanor.

When Rich isn’t building or problem solving you will catch him skiing, scuba diving, hiking, or mountain biking around Utah. In the past Rich used to be a helicopter pilot.

Rustyn Moore

Field Engineer
Park City

Rustyn, Field Engineer at Serenity-Park City, has been with Serenity since 2015. As a field engineer half of Rustyn’s time is spent in the office and the other half out in the field, and checking in on current projects. He is currently attending the University of Utah majoring in Business Management. He hopes to obtain business management knowledge to assist Serenity with its back of the house operations. Rustyn has done a fair bit of traveling and exploring new hobbies. When he is not working or studying you will find him snowboarding, surfing, climbing, or anything in the Utah outdoors. Rustyn is eager to learn, grow, and advance within the construction industry, and with Serenity, Inc.
